Lost posts are no big deal for most of us. VC's, however,are a different story. They are like pieces of fine art and will be lost to all humanity forever. The question is: were they lost or stolen?

the incredible amount of restraint i had to exert to not take that line and sprint straight into Deleted by CalHunter territory caused the death of literally hundreds of thousands of my already scarce grey matter cells.

Okay, okay, I admit, I didn't even realize what I had done and I would not have had the discipline and restraint that you excercised.

It was an obscure reference to a line in the movie Papillion from 1973 and apparently too obscure. On top of that after posting it, I realized that not only is the priest hole thing a most unfortunate reference from the perspective of current events, only you and a small handful of others would know what it really is to begin with.
