Lol, hadn't thought of that.
But I did remember the point made to me by dozens of board members on a recent thread:
If she is an expert and smokes pot regularly it becomes safer for her each time she does it. This is especially true if the mother grew up around others that engaged in the smoking of pot and if pot smoking were a part of her childhood. Smoking pot places this child in no more danger than you driving your kid to school each day because the mother is uniquely qualified by way of her experience and upbringing.
All this mother is doing is allowing her child to become familiar with pot at a very early age so that the child can enjoy the same benefits and will know about how it is to be around pot.
I'll bet if you were to interview the other parent, he'd say, "It was a sensory experience for the child. He dug it."
