Default Deer Darting - reality TV meets deer hunting

Not sure if this has been talked about out here yet (search turned up no threads), but what do you think of this?

This is much like a bass fishing tourney - go out and tranquilize four deer and the most accumulated points wins.

I'm not so sure this is such a good idea.

Basically these innovative guys are promoting a hunting contest conducted with bow and firearm, in a high fence Game Farm.
New purpose for high fences?

Don't forget to wear appropriate camo ...

Yes , it's been beaten to death here and other forums . The latest word is that the WHA is now gonna just do it with bows and guns , but they're still shoooting farmed animals behind high fences .

Old story with the same motive. Making money at the expense of the heritage and sactity of the sport. I don't watch any reality TV so I won't even see it if they try.

I don't even have a TV so I'll be passing her up as well. I wouldn't ever hunt that way. It's not really hunting anyway. They have ponds like that here in Florida full of 10 pound bass so that folks can say they've caught a hawg. Cost about 200.00Catch and release only.

Nope. Not as long as you still call an apple an apple and don't attempt to call an apple an orange.
