ABC's upcoming miniseries "The Path to 9/11" is generating a firestorm among members of the Clinton administration, who claim the two-part made-for-TV film is filled with factual errors and lies.
One report is saying that it is an ex-clinton administrator that is saying this...[&:]

RE: 9/11 TV Film Sparks Clinton Administration Outrage
The more I look into the situation, I would have to put more blame on the CIA and FBI arrogance. It is amazing how much info was thrown out, or over looked. One main character that was a glaring problem was Ali Mohammad. He was a Sergent in our army, as well as an ex Egyptian army soldier. He was a double agent for Bin Laden and blazingly admitted to his acts, yet he was set free every time he was taken into custody. He used his U.S. training and info to further Oshama's plight. He was a self proclaimed Islamic extreamist, and took his leave from the U.S.A. army to go train the Taliban, as well as fight with them. As much as I hate to admit it, Clinton did not get the information he needed. Our CIA and FBI dropped the ball.

I'm not going to give Willie a free pass. It's kind of hard to keep your head completely in the game when you are frolicking in the Oval office with a chubby intern half your age.

I agree, but didnt Kennedy as well???
Not to refute what you are saying, I agree. Im no Clinton fan by a long shot. I simply think the blame belongs to many more than just Clinton. Its scarry how much info the FBI had, as well as the CIA. Yet they refused to share info, and ignored a bunch out of pure arrogance. "By God, dont tell me how to do my job", is the attitude Ive been getting by what iver read and saw. National Geographics has a program called, Triple Cross, It sheads light on the whole situation. Its scarry.

I agree with you Burnie, many share in the blame. Only one of the sources is fighting over this TV program though.Slick Willie protesting over thisshow so much justadds validation to the program. If he dismissed it as junk without crying and stomping his foot it wouldn't be that big of a deal.

intersting that the "liberal media" would stand fast on this, claiming "it's not meant to be a documentary",yet fold like a cheap card table when objections were made to a portrayal of reagan in a miniseries.
RE: 9/11 TV Film Sparks Clinton Administration Outrage
The head of the 9-11 commission, Tom Kean, was a consultant on this & has stated that anything he told them that was not factual has not been included.
I don't "blame" Pres. Clinton for the terrorist attacks. Beginning with the first attack on the WTC & with subsequent terrorist attacks during that time, information was gathered that showed islamic terror organizations were gearing up for a big strike, & the plotting for the 9-11 attacks was 6 years in the making. Clinton had several years to prepare, Bush had a few months. Neither took it seriously enough or realized the scope of islamic terrorism until after the attacks on 9-11.
While the Clinton &, to a lesser degree, the Bush administrations have culpability in not preparing, the blame for the attacks rests squarely on those who plotted & perpetrated them.
