I wonder which state had to issue the death certificate? On the lighter side I bet he was a cheap riding companion. Not too many meals and didn't complain much.

Well I feel she is pretty sharp for not reporting it until they were home. He died on the train, no one knew it until she reported it and he had already paid his fare. No harm, no foul!

I've never heard of such a requirement for burial at sea , it would defeat the purpose IMO . Once you're outside the 12 mile limit it's nobody's business but your own anyway . If in doubt call Boysda ...

i've already instructed my children that when i die, in order to save on burial expenses, i wish to be dismembered and mailed to my enemies.
LOL... That's funny.
I told my kids I wanted to be cremated, loaded into shotgun shells and taken out for a round of sporting clays... Then my wife decided we needed to buy cemetary plots so now she'll be able to nag me for eternity.
