Heck, if punch cards dont work, why would computers be any better. I believe it needs to stay as a hard copy. If you are too retarded to punch a card, you shouldnt be allowed to vote anyway.

Is there any independent corroberation that what he testified to is actually true? I looked @ that site & it's hardly independent. Also, looking @ the responses, it seems that others haven't found any info that supports this actually happened. If it did, R or D, they need to be whipped!
