I got out of the Navy in '84 just as the Aegis equipped ships were coming online , it just makes you wonder what they have now , eh ? It makes the bad boys wonder the same thing , I sleep like a baby knowing that .

dang you're old. i got out in 88.
the beautiful thing about the aegisis that it was designed more as a shell than anything else. the design anticipated advances in computer and weapons technology, so it can accomodate just about anything.
North Korea? no worries !
