Iran: Atomic project is peaceful

Iran would spare no effort to reach its peaceful nuclear objectives and that his country is no threat to any other country.

So let's imagine he is telling the truth...how many of you are comfortable with Iran helping in Iraq, Lebanon or Afghhanistan? After all it's all about peace, love and happiness, right?

Clearly twisting things to make the west appear to be oppressive towards a nations rights.

Then this MadMouth Amondjoy says this:

"Iran is not a threat to anybody, not even to the Zionist regime," Ahmadinejad said, using Iran's term for its arch-enemy Israel, which the Islamic Republic does not recognize.

Did he or did he not say "death to Israel" a while back?

Very prescient Canuk by referencing the movie "Mars Attacks." Much of the world's response to Iran & islamic terrorism is frighteningly similar to the response of the "leaders" in that movie. I remember many in the left saying Iran was the real threat after we had deposed Saddam.

I also agree with the Russians, though not in the way they think. Sanctions don't work & shouldn't be tried with Iran. These nuclear sites must be taken out. I do hope the US leadership does this after we see the UN is going to do nothing, & that time fast approaches!
