Default Mexico-Canada super highway

Has anyone heard of the super highway supposed to run from mexico to canada? I believe it's known as the NAFTA highway. Like our borders don't have enough holes in them, let's open up an express lane!

I don't have a problem with it as long as it doesn't have any exits.
