Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default John McCain

So do you think John McCain will run for president in 2008? He'd get my vote.

Think he'll run, not sure if he'll win. He seems to be unable to control his emotions at times, & control of emotions is critical for a winning candidate. If he were the Republican nominee he'd get my vote - I see no candidate on the democrat horizon that would remotely take the war on terror or national security seriously. I'd prefer to see a republican candidate that also took the security of our borders seriously,& McCain is in no way that candidate.

Mcaine is alright. he served our country and I sure salute him for that. Sometime she tends to flip-flop on his stances on certain issues though. I dont think he'll be the Republican candidate, but he sure is better than any deomcrat they're thinkin bout nominating. It makes me mad when Hillary Clinton says that she's gunna run, she'd ever win

I've said it before, a McCain/Powell ticket would be a shoe-in.

I agree, but McCain needs to quit dis'ing the president and start talking more about fighting the good fight on terror.

I don't know if McCain can get his act together. Be interesting to see though.

I think he will run. I don't know if he can get the nomination. I think Rudy could beat him out. How about Rudy and Powell.

Personally, I wouldn't vote for McCain, I wouldn't vote for Guliani and I wouldn't vote for Powell. None of the candidates' names being tossed around by the GOP right now interest me in the least. I guess I'll be voting Constitution Part for sure in '08.

I like McCain a lot but don't think he would fit the top job. Like it was mentioned he is a little erratic with his emotions. Probably too many days in the POW camp in Nam. Perhaps a VP slot with another strong leader who is well respected. I wouldn't vote for he and Gen Powell. Too much military background and not enough political for Powell. The Gulf war #1 was his claim to fame from a public point of view. I think he did a great job as Secretary of State and certainly was effective in the Military as Chairman of Joint Chief of Staff and National Security Advisor. POTUS or VP I don't think so. I haven't heard much about Rudy lately. Been on too many late night talk shows I suppose.
