I just heard him on a political commentary show. He said, "The U.S. is not as safe as it should be." That has has me jotting down the incredibly long list of all the times throughout recent U.S. history when we have been as safe as we should be

I was being sarcastic about Kerry being French. I know he's not. He is an American,albeita shamefulone in my book.
I was referring to joke about the French being cowards.
