why is nobody talking about the foiled London terrorist plot ?

Huge news. A huge feather in the hat for the United States and the continued battle against terrorists.

Why ? Because had it not been for the offensive that the US has led against terrorists, the rest fo the world would have sit back and waited to be hit. Our determination IMO has spread, and England stayed up to snuff and thwarted this huge, huge plot to blow up what, 8-10 planes or more ?

Big news ........ it will change how airlines work. I wouldnot be surprised to eventually see passengers only planes with no luggage allowed.

It is hard to argue against the success of the efforts that went into foiling this plot. This plot was discovered by that (in the words of the left) "evil" national security agency terrorist surveillance program. Hard to argue it would be better to have 10 or so airliners blown up over the Atlantic Ocean than to have our national security agency surveilling the terrorists...

everyday people in the media, all the Democrats, and the world is denouncing what the US has done in Iraq, and what we're doing in other countries to protect against terrorism. We're bombarded by our own people on how invasive the Govt has become in the name of protecting against terrorists, questioning everything this administration is doing

The Brits did good, so did the other countries involved. We've come to expect this now. This will be normal news now, like the weather forcast.

This plotting disruption deserves kudos, yes, the system is working and thiswill continue to be a way of life for us until all the Islamic Facist morons are dead with worms crawling out of their eyes facing west.

These particularmorons they caught should be taken on a helicopter and dropped from a mile up into an open volcano, we do have a few spewing off at the moment... it would be fun to video it andhear them scream likea flamer....better yet drop em out of a plane from 30 thousand feet back intothe desert sothe buzzards and lizzards can eat them...

Didnt they have some stuff blown up recently over there to, buses or something?Seemed to recall hearing something to that effect.you suppose its possible they were already looking for terrorists?you act like itssoley because of us they caught these guys.Truth is every non muslim country should be looking for these kinda things.IF we had actually been the ones that caught them it woulda been more of a conversation piece.

I for one, hope that this plot was indeed the big one they are all looking for. It is fascinating news to be sure but scary too. Great Briton is more hardened to terrorism than we are but look at what is going on there. The subway bombings last year and now this. Apparently there are large amounts of Islamic people living there and it must be a breeding ground for terrorism. I don't know what the answer is but if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck...it must be a duck. If you want to stamp out terrorism then the Muslim population is a great place to look.

Their determination has spread? From what it was in all those attacks leading up to and including 9/11 when we did nothing? It's been almost 5 years now without a major terrorist attack against the US.Yet before that, we were get hit every other year or so.
