there's a new feature, its where the admin can somehow trigger a username or forum so that when you post a new topic, its [ pending approval ]

this one didn't go there ........ so it must be either board triggered or username

This is a new feature and I don't even know what triggers it. At present, there are no posts that are awaiting approval so I don't know what criteria is being used.
