Default Victory against eminent domain in Ohio
I just heard that the Ohio Supreme court issued a ruling that eminent domain can no longer be used here by local governments to seize property for private development. The court case dealt with private residences, but i would like to think that it can be of longterm benefit to rural/semi-rural landowners as well.
