Default Want to talk to a person?

http://www.gethuman.com/us/Check out this site, a lady called me from Sears and told me to bypass all the automated selections you have to go through to simply hit * 3 times and I will immediately get a human to talk to for service. She told me about this site that list all kinds of ways to get to talk to a human quickly rather then going through select this if you want that over and over again and then still winding up on hold for 20 minutes.

I'll try that the next time I get lost in the maze of automated customer service. I had a phone outage the other day and I went through the Verizon automated repair center and I was amazed that it worked. Then I felt that perhaps you could teach an old dog new tricks so I tried the self checkout line at the super market and that worked. There is no stopping me now.....CI
