Yesterday Bush "Israel has a right to to fight terrosm"
Today "They must show restraint" Israel should show restraint. Shock and Awe them into restraint you flip flop doin' the bop idiot!
I don't see the problem with this. Defend yourself, but show restraint and don't go overboard and just get revenge. Sounds O.K. to me. Whether he means it or not is another debate, but what he actually saiddoes not mean he's confused. Just you were.

Both statements are not mutually exclusive and almost any nation fighting terrorism has had to decide upon some level of self-restraint so as not to sink to the level of terrorists.

Now today again....
The US is giving Israel a window of a week to inflict maximum damage on Hizbullah before weighing in behind international calls for a ceasefire in Lebanon, according to British, European and Israeli sources.
If they wanted to they could turn the whole Middle East to a glass parking lot...
Might do us all some good in the long-run...
But as usual, Israel is...or is being forced to "use restraint."

Hey aquafag, why are you so opposed to Isreal defending themselves?
Furthermore, why should it always be the U.S.'s fault when one of our allies does or doesn't do something? Isn't Isreal a soveriegn nation? Why is it up to Bush to decide if what they do is good or not?
I'm not saying we shouldn't be involved somehow, but why are people looking to blame the U.S.? I don't care who the President is, when people want to blame someone, they look to America. Whether it's blaming us for doing something, or not doing something. I'm gettin tired of it.
