Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Canuck, go to Google and search for Carl's Seasoning. I would've posted the link but I'm quite sure that is prohibited and I didn't want the ...Deleted by CalHunter... tag on my post.

Just wait until you try their injectable marinades , you may give up your Canadian citizenship and move here just to be closer to them ...

I read this and realized that not everyone can go to the local grocery and pick up all the Tony's they want. I eat Tony's or Zataranes at least once a week, and will not eat an egg unless it has Tony's and Panola on it. I had Red beans and Rice Monday and Tuesday, Crawfish Etouffee Wednesday, and Shrimp Gumbo last night. I have been all around the US and south east asia and I have never found anything that will touch Tony's, Zataranes, and Panola hot sauce. Canuck you need to get you some Panola, there is no better hot sauce in the world.

I wouldn't discount B.F. Trappey's or McIlhenny's either , Panola is very good , but those two are always in my fridge . I go through a bottle of McIlhenny's garlic tabasco every two weeks when I can find it , and Trappey's Mexi-Pep is a longtime favorite of mine from 25 years back .

Oh yeah , just to keep the thread "legal" , POLITICS SUCKS !

There are some great spices out there, I love Zatarenes and I will be checking out Tonys next time I see it, but there is one type of spice to use on steamed crabs and I doubt anyone will even mention another, OLD BAY!!!!!!

Oh no I wouldn't dare do that. Panola is made In Lake Providence, Louisiana, Which is in the north east corner of Louisiana, with me being from North Louisiana I am kinda partial to Panola. I will use Tabasco when I don't have Panola. My first choice when reaching in the cabinet is Panola.
