So what? He's still being targeted by our military as a war criminal. Which the DOJ has nothing to do with. The FBI can decide whether they have proof about 9-11 if they want, but they can't have a trial anyway if we kill him.

Who f'ing cares if there's enough proof or not? We all know he's a terrorist and that's enough for me. Kill him and his little dog too.

Bin ladin did NOT commit a crime, he commited an act of war. He should be hung, shot, blown-up or smashed down but not put on trial.
