Operation Hatuey has being in the minds of US intelligence, since a high official in the Cuban Air force defected to the US several years ago, but recently it has come in the spotlight in the Cuban TV forums in Miami.
A spanish/cuban reporter who has made contacts within the cuban goverment, just last night in Miami revealed that Hatuey Operation is still on; The scenario is something like this, 4 Russian made Migs would take off from Havana carrying 4 -4000 LBs bombs, it will take them roughly 8 to 10 minutes to reach the turkey point nuclear power plant, just south of Miami.
These planes will fly just below radar detection altitutes so that detecting them is practically impossible, they would drop the 16000 lbs of bombs on the nuclear plant, thus causing massive damage and leakeage of radiation poison, this would ahnilate everyone around miami 2 million plus people, the radiation cloud would reach north to NY and west to Arkansas, of course if the wind blows south that would ahnilate Cuba itself and all the caribean Islands.
The Recent events in Havana, where Castro Cut water and power to the US interest section suggests, he wants to break relations with the US.
As Castro grows older and sinile, he might want to go off in a cloud of Glory by proclaiming himself as the communist leader who finished the US.
Let me remind you that in 1962, he urged the USRR to push the button and bomb the US with nuclear missiles, he had to be escorted out of the control facilities by the Russians, because he wanted to push the controls himself.
Just this weeks Raul castro, his brother, made reference to "if something were to happen to Fidel ,that he hope the people would chose staying in the same course with the Communist party"(Which really have not have any control in Cuba). So something is up.

Not quite true Denny, in 1993 a cuban mig landed undetected at the Boca Chica naval base in Key west.
AN old cuban Navy Helicopter also landed there the pilot and all his family with him.
several small planes have made it even to Miami Undetected.
Am Aware of all these things because I live in Miami. You can also Google and research and you will see, border security in Florida as well as air force readiness is a joke.

not to mention how many small aircraft and boats manage to run drugs between Cuba and the USA every day virtually undetected.And a few years ago the majority of the people in the US woulda said it was impossible for terrorists to get ahold of a bunch of aircrafts and use them for missles over American airspace to.Your in a dream world if you really believe anythings impossible, enjoy your nap.
