And boy is he pissed !

It seems that the flak from viewers over the failed attempt by Rather to smear the President over his military service hit a nerve with the bean counters , so the management at CBS News has "let him go" after 44 years with the department in favor of Katie Couric .

I like him. But that whole controversy over the Bush records demonstrated that some folks are too busy bashing FOX news to realize that the conduct of others is worse.

Reports are Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban
is offering him a position. Unfortunatly this still
leaves Cuban with no big man in the middle...
