Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Mo. tax on tobacco.

Its on the ballot this election for another .55 tax on a pack of smokes. Since it is bad for you they want to tax it more, why don't they take the tax off excercise equipment and everything else that improves our health?HUMMMM.

They don't want people to stop smoking!! they couldnt function without the tax dollars. it's a easy excuse to tax "were saving lives making those nasty smokes cost so much" bull!!!
they have turned a pack of cigarettes into a valuable item. theft of cigs is up cause they will sell good on the black market .
tax ,tax ,tax ! now this country was begun due to taxation hummm i don't feel represented just burdened with more taxes!!

Cigarette taxes are an example of the government profiting from the continued addiction of it's smoking constituants. This is just another unfair tax that ranks right up there with the death tax.

I just wish the smokers of the U.S. could quit, all at once, and suddenly cut off the government tax addicts (read: liberal socialists). I'd like to see the looks on their faces when their socialist pet projects disappeared with the last puff of nicotine laden smoke.

I'm glad I quit when I did.
