When Macho Crosses the Line & Becomes Stupidity
I went to a call the other day where several males juveniles had spit on another group of male and female juveniles. The main spitter claimed the guy he spit on threatened to remove his privates if he was spit on whereupon he spit on him. After explaining that such a threat didn't justify being spit on, the kid (about age 14) was unrepentant. I asked him what he would have done if the other kid had a gun in his lap and threatened to shoot him if he spit. The kid replied he would have spit. I pointed out he would have likely got shot in such a scenario and the kid said he probably wouldn't die or the other kid would miss.
I gave up at that point. Ignorance is generally fixable while stupidity is permanent.
