Just read that a judge placed a convicted sex offender on 10 years probation instead of sentencing him to prison because at 5' 1" tall, he would not be able to survive the rigors of prison. WTF!!!! I guess the rights of the victim have really gone out the window.

That's screwed up. I would have thought in Nebraska they'd have strung him up. Besides don't they have alternative incarceration options for "at risk" prisoners?
