Im glad the only thing i have left in Lousianna is land. Most of my relatives have either passed away or moved. I still have a few, but they live in the woods and could care less about politics.

The new "plan" still won't work. Nagin said that people would have to bear some of the responsibility for getting themselves to evacuation points and out of harms way. If they would have done that the first time instead of waiting around for someone else to do it for them, Katrina would not have been the debacle that it was. If they would have gotten up off their buts and helped themselves instead of whining to the cameras about needing help, most of them could have gotten out.
