Now, there is only so much private property on the border, so unless the federal and state governments start paying attention to their constituents, this proposed fence will not solve the border problem. However, it will bring further attention to the issue and help rally people behind the issue of border security. I applaud the Minutemen for sticking with it now matter how many times Uncle Sam blows them off.

What good is a fence without gun towers every 400 yds? A fence all along the border with trained snipers equipped with night vision and state of the art guns. Now that is a deterrent. Wal Mart probably wouldn't like it though.
