As far as the article goes, It doesn't seem like that difficult of a choice, conflict or no conflict. Sirhan was originally sentenced to die and has only stayed alive b/c of goober CA judges who did away with the death penalty anyway. No way should he get out.

Naw in all seriousness, I don't think this is a tough decision. The man is only alive on a technicality that isn't even in force anymore. Why are those on deathrow before XYZ date spared while others have been put too death since that decision was reversed? (I know why, because of crazy, brainless CA politics but that's another issue!)

"Da Govenator" isn't gonna release him for many reasons. The first of course is because Sirhan Sirhan was put in jail for life. The second is because he would look like a fool before the rest of the world. And thirdly I doubt his wife would take the same point of view as her moranic uncle. I honestly do NOT believe that Fatboy Kennedy believes his own rhetoric. I think half the crap that libbies say is just boosheut and said for PC and self grandising reasons. Leave him alone in the room for 5 minutes with Sirhan Sirhan and SOMEONE would be leaking blood!!! Ahhh the true mark of a gutless libbie/pinkofag.
