Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

It doesn't look like they are making much progress with stopping these fires.More dead and more homes lost the film footage of these fires is just plain nasty. They are going to need some rain to slow these fires down.

Burnie is farther south.. He should be okay, and North Texan should be fine too, he's too darn mean to get hurt.

The fires were north of me. We have had storms come through that has taken care of them (thank you God). Ive been off playing with my kids this last week and arrowing hogs, so I have missed most of the action around here. North Texas is in Lubbock, whichis south and west of where the fires have been.

We lost all of our grassland (nearly 8sections of grass) in the fires near Groom, TX. Looks horrible, but we didn't lose ANY cattle!! I'm not sure how we got so lucky. Neighbors lost a lot of cattle. We appreciate your thoughts and concerns!
