Attaching the appropriation to a "must pass" bill to fund disaster relief and our troops is a cheapassed ploy and they should shoot it right down until the crappy ports ammendment has been removed .

BTW , am I the only one who found this part hilarious ?

No I did a double take when I first read the name, I thought to myself "What in the world? Is he joining the other DA celebs who thinks they can influence politics?"
