Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Highsaturated fat diet

I am diabetic, so I try to eat alot of meat, but on the other side of the coin, I can get high Triglycerides. But I feel better and see better with that than I do with sugar levels over 300dl/mg.

Well, I really can't say too much about that. But I do know my sugar levels can double being "layed up". The more I move the less it stays stagnent in my blood. I imagine saturated fats does the same thing.

No more Mcdonalds and call us in a month.

Triglycerides don't necessarily come from exclusively from meat or fat. Ifyou consumetoomany calories in carbohydrates, your body stores the surplus energy as tryglycerides in fat.
