Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default RE: Bush Differs on Abortion Ban

GW Bush has no say in whether abortion is legal or not. States like SD can pass legislation, and then the Supreme Court will be the ultimate deciders. GW might have a different view - but thats neither here nor there, and even with GW's view still 99% of all abortions would be stopped if made into law.

Also, Roe vs Wade I read has never been re-challenged at the Supreme Court level. The SD did kinda side step I read a WV ? ruling on parental consent saying the federal courts went too far by not allowing that - almost as if saying that abortion wasn't something that should be allowed and the Federal Courts should have allowed that law to pass.

Supreme Court dodged that one - they will not be allowed to dodge the South Dakota law.
