Default Supreme slumber

Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg dozed on the bench during oral argument in the Texas congressional redistricting case. Maybe this just indicates that this case is flat out boring and doesn't merit attention, but maybe Justice Ginsberg is out of gas and needs to step down from the bench?!!! Could we have the good fortune of GW appointing three conservative SC justices during his administration?!!!
