The UN says that the US should close it's Guantanamo Bay facility and either try the prisoners or release them . Since a large number of their own membership maintain the same kind of facilities and even use physical torture at them is it really any of their business at all ?

I think they have no room to speak. If the UN were at all capable of fulfilling its mission,it would'vetaken care of the Islamic extremistproblem years ago.

The UN has devolved into an organization dominated by corrupt socialists. Their irrelevance isexceeded only by their lack of credibility. They probably fear the detainees will reveal information that futher exposes their pervasive corruption.

The un& kofie are a joke&its many ofmembers countrys have no room to be judgeing gitmo& us.Torture- prove it .But i dont know whats withall this un&swiss rules anyways- gitmos none of there bussiness.
