Iffy explain one thing too me, WHY in the hell were these guys not in our custody?

If Saudi or Yemen or anyother ragheaded country says, "NO" then why didn't we just send in an armored brigade and Delta Force and TAKE THE SUMBEECHEZ while explaining the B-52s were circling above in a holding pattern if trouble started???

We don't have any legal jurisdiction in Yemen or Saudi Arabia. We might not even have an extradition treaty on the books.

If it were up to me, all capturedal Qaeda members would be inGuantanamo Bay right now. But with the Red Cross and other international "rights" groups crying foul repeatedly, I really doubt thatmost predominantly Muslim nations would allow us to take custody of them.
