Why should they ?

The state pharmacy board in Taxachusetts is now forcing Wal-Mart to carry "morning after" pills , they are currently the only pharmacies in the state that don't stock them . Since these pills can easily be obtained at any other pharmacy there why should Wal-Mart have to sell them if they don't want to ?

I think government should learn to run itself before telling a company how to do it.

The government is getting way out of hand.This should be the choice of the store owner.Unles the government owns part of wal-mart?

Are pharmacies regulated by the government because of the pharmaceuticals they sell? That may be how the goverment gets by with making that mandate - probably something like "if you don't sell them all, you can't sell any".
