Well this should be good fodder for the anti gun folks. Notice the middle paragraphs regarding how the firearm was purchased.

So your saying this proves the gun laws need to be tightened up? I think you can argue this either way.

It sounds like this is another case where medical privacy is allowed to supercede the safety of the surrounding population. Not really a gun issue as much as a public safety issue and medical stupidity or irresponsibility.

No that is not what I am saying. I felt the story as it was written seemed to focus on the gun purchase a little heavily, thus the title of this thread.
