Anyone watch this show? It's on Discovery/Times network?''caught it last night very interesting. They are following our troops in Iraq. Basically last night one of the convoys was ambushed and the commander felt the Iraqi police set them up. They also talked with a bunch of our guys that were questioning the reasons for being there.
Just wondered if any one watched the show and what they thought about it.
There were just two more episodes on. I think it's pretty balenced. They showed guys that really want to complete their mission and then get out and others that just hate it and don't care,if they pulled out tomorrow.
One thing that appearsuniversal is the mistrust of the Iraqi police nad the army and the local leaders(sheiks).
I think this has a lotmore to do with any moral problems then what the media is showing.

Doesn't surprise me a bit. I trained at an Iraqi Police academy and some of the insurgents killed had graduated our Academy. I never trusted them. There was a car bomb that went off at a police station injuring sevral of my comrades and they just happened to be their and got the whole thing on film?
