Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default A new Republican Dynasty, Crusshing Libs

This ought to scare the living DAYLIGHTS out of the Dems, and cause the Republicans to think really hard on what they stand for. THis guy has the right IDEA.

I really hope this comes to pass.

The only somewhat original thought in that blog is that Bush would step down. That scenario has been played out several times by the wishful thinkers when they were assuming that Cheney would go down with the Karl Rove/Scooter Libby attempted political assassination.

There are several holes in the utopian after-Cheney world. Basically it comes from dealing with human nature.

The Dems and the media machine have characterized GW and his administration as a rogue core for years now and have destroyed any hope for a glorious Bush legacy. GW is the first President with a backbone since Ronald the Magnificent in the 80's and this scenario would definitely leave a mark in history. I can't think of a better way to ensure a Republican victory in 2008 considering thelackluster pool ofpotential candidates from which we have to choose.

I disagree. In 20 years, when history begins to record Bush's guidance of America through the 9/11 attacks and the war that he initiated on terrorism, especially when his response to terrorism is compared to the response of the previous administration, Bush's presidency will go down as one of the best in American history.

BG--I agree that GWs presidency should be recognized as one of the best. However, objective journalism no longer exists. With the exception of a few outspoken conservative media hosts, GWs handling of the war on terror has yet to be compared to the previous administrations. In fact, slick Willy went unchallenged when he stated that he was ignored by the Bush admin in his attempt to warn them of Al Qaeda (was he serious?). Unless there is a changing of the guard within the mass media, I don't see GW shining. Case in point, I read your post in response to those folks claiming GW is an idiot. Where do you think those folks got there opinion? My guess is CBS, NBC, ABC nightly news et al. I will be diligent in informing people I know of his qualities.
