Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Default Canada Bans Handguns

Well folks....it have finally happened. The pathetic minority Liberal govt' (Hanging on by a thread) of Canada have proposed to ban handguns...don't know if it's the banning of the selling and buying of handguns...or the right to own handguns.[:@]

After seven or more years of forcing gun owners to re-registered their firearms....and $2 billion later....with no reduction in criminals using their guns, the govt' is going to make law abiding gun owners suffer more.

1st step) Register you firearms (so we will know where to go to take them....).....
2nd step) Ban handguns....
3rd step(?) Confiscate handguns....
4th step(?) Ban rifles and shotguns....
5th step(?)Confiscate rifles and shotguns....

Now criminals will have no worries about breaking into any house. Home invasions have increased in the last three years already.

We're definitely in a Police State.
Americans....protect your rights...or lose it.

Sorry I had to put this in a General thread, so more people can read about it.

All you gun totin' Canadians ought to pack up and move to the U.S. And all you gun grabbin Dems should pack up and move to Canada. I think all parties involved would be happier.

C'mon down, there's always room for another WalMart.

Hee hee, do Walmarts still sell rifles and shotguns down there? Up in Canada...they stopped selling them about 8 years back...they only sell ammo (Still need a Firearms Acquisition Certificate though).

Is that true of every state& city etc that has a walmart? I hear they dont sell them in california( dont know for sure as i dont live there) & maybe some other states too?

But at one time they had instore displays of handguns here& would sell them( theres no reason they cant now other then there own choice right?)

I think where about 2( maybe 3)steps from being much like Canada inthere antigun laws& liberal polticans- some locations already show that to be true already here in America i think- and the next election& whatever new laws are passed then& in the future will bring us that much closer as to how things are done in placeslike Canada, europe ,asultralia etc now.

Its just a matter of time. This progression is called progress for some.

Walmart " The pathetic minority Liberal govt' (Hanging on by a thread) of Canada ".

Walmart do you get any sense from folks up that way, that they are ready to move toward a more conservitive goverment or does it appear that the folks are simply wanting to exchange one set of liberals for a different set of liberals?

Thanks
