I got a letter from the NRA about how a couple hippys are trying to get rid of the second admendment(the right to bare arms) and if they think they can take away our guns then they are rattleing the cage of one of the most populer sports and one of the largest community.

BTW, it sounds more like you are describing animal rights activists than environmentalists. So the correct term would therefore be "bunny huggers" instead of "tree huggers".

Here are some tips on how to tell the difference.

I actually say it way too much. Everything is either "dang tree-huggers", "dang hippies", or "dang commies (of course referring to our liberal buddies)".
