Take a look at the Who's Who of Democrat race card players at Rosa Parks' funeral. It's the only way a funeral can last 7 hours. They all wanted time to be seen. It was/is disgraceful.

The Republicans are getting worse about it. Not particularly to blacks, but to Mexicans.
Such as Bush's recent amnesty proposal.
But, as a whole, and for the longest time, since FDR Demoncraps have used the race card, and find every oppoturnity to jump on and use it.

Dummycraps , hands down . Some of the absolute worst race baiters such as Sharpton , Jackson , and Farrakan are staunch dummycraps . The Republicans aren't sleeping on clean sheets either , but I don't think that they're anywhere near as blatant about it .

That's my point. It does get played on the republican side and it's deplorable, but nowhere near as much as it is played on the democrat side. In fact, I honestly believe they do it sometimes BECAUSE the democrats always do it.
I saw a video clip I wanted to post here with some hurricane victim saying it was like the slave ship days and how the government should give them each $20,000. I guess he failed to realize the fed tab per person is going to be much higher, but it doesn't matter because the race card is worth whatever the holder demands. Does anyone know how to post a video clip in here. I'd love to have it posted so people can see who's playing the card more!

I don't equate giving illegal aliens amnesty as the sameas playing the race card.I don't see giving a man afair shake at a better life as beinga race issue. Building ghettos and populating them with multigenerationalgovernment dependents is.

1. in the clarence thomas post you're referring to, you excerpted an article where there were 2 incidents of the race card being played. the first was by the left, and the second by the right. this thread results from your tantrum when i had the temerity to observe that the right plays it when convenient, just like the left.
2. don't EVER put words in my mouth. I never said the right used it equally. i said both sides use it when convenient. i also said the left probably uses it more by simple virtue of the fact that more minorities populate that end of the spectrum.
humor me, though, and answer this question. how are you defining "the race card"? i'd define it as anytime someone uses the issue of race to unfairly make a political point or influence public opinion. one example of this would be the scenario you discussed re Clarence Thomas, where some idiot says he's "not black enough" to qualify as a minority on the supreme court.
