I sure hope that what he is proposing will be put into place and work!!! Some how I have a nasty feeling that the ACLU will make a fuss about it though.

Thank God someone is finally listening to the will of the people. I am willing to bet that the money saved on social program spending for these criminals will more than pay for the deportation of the illegals.
I usually support most of the stuff that the ACLU does, but IMO, Illegal Aliens do not have the "inalienable rights" afforded to US Citizens.
They suck our system dry. Insecure borders and illegal immigration are two of America's biggest problems right now. There's only one way to deal with it - - -
Paedophilia is a thought. Thoughts aren't illegal, so long as they don't cross the lines of solicitation or conspiracy to commit a crime. As long as those wackjobs are just thinking and not DOING, it's constitutionally protected. No protection for when they break down and "DO" something.
If you're referring to NAMBLA - they walk a fine line between conspiring to commit illegal sexual acts and just thinking about them. I don't support crossing that line, and I support harsh laws for those that do. That said, the mere thoughts of "loving young men" or whatever crackpot ideas they have - are NOT unconstitutional. Freedom to assemble. Not Freedom to Assemble and go commit illegal acts.
While I'm on the topic, I do support groups like NAMBLA. It gives law enforcement a leg up on watchdogging paedophiles and monitoring them accordingly. Don't think for a second that there aren't government officials infiltrating that organization and gathering important info. If NAMBLA didn't exist, neither would that opportunity.
Don't lose sight of the forest for the trees.
Back on Topic - Illegal Aliens are federal criminals. They should be treated as such, provided an expedient opportunity to be heard, and immediately RETURNED TO SENDER. All property and personal chattels become property of the U.S. Government.

I know what you are saying QS but there are some things in our society that are particularly heinous. Just the subject of pedophilia sends warning shivers up most people's spines, especially people with kids. Even some of the laws are focused to try to eliminate any chance of abuse occurring. Go on line to research ways to kill someone, rob banks or do insider trading and nothing happens because of our rights. Go on line and download kiddy porn because you might want to be a pedophile and you go to jail.I guess I don't have much tolerance for that whole subject and I know what some will say...that you can't pick which rights you can ignore. Either there is human rights or there isn't. But I guess that is why I can still have my personal opinion and hopefully nobody will ever be able to take that away from me. Cartman rules!
