I met a guy who does falconry with a red-tail hawk the other day. He said PETA hates falconry and those who practice it even though the hawk would do the exact same thing (hunt and kill) everyday with or without humans. And he said the hawks are not captive. They can choose to leave during any hunt and never come back. Sometimes they do leave permanently, according to him, if they are not feeling a benefit from the mutual relationship with the person. PETA is a load of whack jobs.

PETA itself is far more damaging to their own credibility than any video will ever be , I can't think of anyone I know or have ever met that takes them seriously .
