If I weren't so burnt out on the whole NO travesty I'd probably ask what makes this different from giving subsidies and price supports to farmers in our supposedly competition based economy . Or perhaps ask what makes it different from corporate welfare , or real welfare for that matter . The truth is all of the pork is beginning to smell the same , rotten .

Should Congress create a Gulf Opportunity Zone (the President doesn't have the authority, but can only ask Congress) and include tax credits for businesses destroyed by hurricanes, can any of you opposed to casinos receiving the same treatment as other businesses tell me how you would go about legally excluding them?

What if the Rev. Wildmon decides we should exclude bars, porn shops, any retail establishment that sells Lotto tickets, ad finitum?
