Maybe Mother Nature is telling us something we didn't hear in Katrina.
I have serious doubts about attempting to reoccupy all sections of N.O. Don't want my tax dollars wasted there. I think the geography is just untenable without an unreasonable amount of money and effort. The corruption and ineptness of their government is the tie-breaker for me.
