The thugs in Louisiana are acting barbaric. Looting and shooting at the people who are trying to help them.

I total agree with you. Couldn't have said it better!! The police are now warning people about armed gangs raping women. Like the people didn't have enough to worry about, such as basic survival.It's hard enough for people to get in there and help the people who need it without worrying about being shot and raped. I would love the military to go in anddeclare marshal law. For people that weren't trained in the military about marshal law. If you don't do what the soldiers tell you to, immediately, you most likely will wind up shot.

I also agree. I even heard that people were firing rounds at helicopters rescueing folks. The one thing that really got me was an obvious career welfare lady inside the dome actually yelling "someone get us out of here". hell she probably never worked a damn day in her life. We are doing the best we can.
