New Iraqi Constitution

Just a heads up. After all the money, lives, and debate, the new Iraqi Draft Consitution MUST conform to Islamic law. Isn't that just great? We just did all of this to give Iran an ally. Gottta love this administration!

My friends, further proof that the Democrats will blame EVERYTHING that goes wrong on the Bush administration.

We try to rule Iraq and not turn it over quickly enough, blame George Bush.

We turn sovereignty over to Iraqis and they adopt constitution we don't like, blame George Bush.

We go to Iraq for oil, blame George Bush.

Oil go to $68 barrel, blame George Bush.

Well Ben,

He IS the presdient, he DOES have the Senate, House of Representatives, and the Supreme Court. In five years, he has NEVER used his veto power. Invading Iraq WAS his idea.... If there is someone else more deserving of the blame, please let me know where to direct my angst.

You must not get the news. Yes. The administration has been instrtumental in helping to develop the Constitution and even set up the Provisional government.

Explain how that is a bad thing or how it will interfer with bringing peace to the region and move the country toward a free government run by the will and voteof the people.
We have already seen one sucessful election under conditions that most Americans would not vote under.They, in less time than our founding fathers and under more adverse conditions, have put together at least a starting document.
Heck, I quess our was perfect and has not change over the years?

Please give me some specifics and enlighten me.

This is a generation or time of instant gradification, over night results, I want I want and I want it my way now and it better be my way!

Most good things take time and adjustments. We enslaved Black men and wrote in our documents that they were what, 3/5 of a man, women could not vote and only White men could. Ours did not start out perfect, did it?

While it's certainly true that Clinton lied - the Bush lie has cost us more than 1800 brave Americans serving their country. Let's not forget the WMD lie that got us into this mess in Iraq. And I believed him and supported the war.
