Veteran wire reporter Helen Thomas is vowing to 'kill herself' if Dick Cheney announces he is running for president.

The newspaper HILL first reported the startling claim on Thursday.

"The day Dick Cheney is going to run for president, I'll kill myself," she told the HILL. "All we need is one more liar."

Thomas added, "I think he'd like to run, but it would be a sad day for the country if he does."

I think he'd win if he did run for president ...But I highly doubt hewill. And that's a really stupid thing for a reporter to say, at least I think so.

Assuming Cheney ran and won, she'd kill herself just like Alec Baldwin moved out of the country upon Bush'swin.

"Smarmy dope?" I've got a pretty good idea about where you stand on some issues but I don't see how anyone (even the worst of the libs) can characterize him with either of those terms.

Now here's a characterization that every one can agree on: "Helen Thomas comes across as a crazy ole coot."

What would be better, is if her and ol' Dick both killed themselves over the forbidden love that they share and were found both naked in a New york hotel room with a bottle of cyanide by the bed and letters incriminating george w. in several financial scandels.
