The same lawyer wouldn't think twice about taking good things from his past to defend a client as a "good person", saying the good things show he has the character of a good person.

I would LOVE to know how that was done. Christ off the cross doesn't get off of drunk driving around here -- unless you have connections. Milwaukee's former criminal mayor had an attorney that got 3 OUI's and she skipped on 2 of them.
