It's a well known fact that sexual predators , especially pedophiles , are difficult if not impossible to rehabilitate . His prior history clearly shows that he is a risk to the public ,and has been since childhood , yet he was free to roam and very probably killed several people in just this incident alone . [:@]
Why is this man still breathing ? Why do we allow them to continue to live when they commit despicable acts instead of just shooting them like the rabid dogs they are ? The usual argument centers on their so called "rights" , but whatabout the victims whose equally Constitutionally guaranteed right to life has been denied ?Equal protection under the law is certainly not being applied in cases like this , do the criminals deserve it at all ?

1st.... he's breathin' cuz the u.s. is scared...(the law-abiding) have the law AGAINST us,and WILL be incarcerated if you challege them.

While I understand the concept of the EPC , there simply should be an exception for such a dangerous menace . Once they're identified ,and their inability to adapt to treatment established much the way certain retarded people are , the case for at least life without parole should seriouslybe considered . But what would be so wrong about just snuffing them for public safety? We do it with dangerous animal predators such as grizzlies every day .
The vast majority of the ones who have been released in the past have almost invariably lapsed back into their previous ways , so why should the rights of the predator overrule the rights of the prey in this case ?

Judges (who are generally lawyers with upward mobility) free them so lawyers can have repeat business. It's economics.
I read a few foreign news services (I know, it's probably a violation of the Patriot Act) but I don't find instances of this crap going on in other countries.
