Politics Nothing goes with politics quite like crying and complaining, and we're a perfect example of that.

Moderate shmoderate. She needs to be replaced with someone who believes in the constitution not some fictional socialist living document.

I hope the Republican senators pull the Nuclear Option and put Newt Gingrich in the SC just to spite every red diaper baby in this country.

It was known over 6 months ago that O'Connor and Rehnquist would be retiring shortly.

Moderate? Thats all he ever picks.. name one conservative aside from Brown that he has ever considered for a judicial position. Hell, even his old man was a liberal with the appointment of Souter.

It's official, i figure it.

Bush is looking at Gonzalez -- the lefties should be jumping for joy. Bush porked conservatives again.

Dante's level 6 is too good for bushy.

I'm still waiting for the headline to appear:

President Bush found his own a$$ with both hands today... film at 10

That was the river of boiling blood, right?

I, too, have my doubts as to whether or not Bush will nominate a conservative to the Supreme Court. He doesn't give us much reason to trust his judgement on matters like this.

I'm not a huge fan of Gingrich, but I sure as heck would pick him over anyone like O'Connor.

Indeed it was !!! Very impressive grasshopper.

Has anyone noticed that Bush's appointments have more to do with political correctness than constitution and law?

If we had a real conservative in office, I would say fat chance sucker, but, being that it's GW, it's anybody's guess. He is only slightly on the conservative side of moderate. You libs just don't like him because he is a Republican.

Well O'Connor, may you havea long life and get to see your house taken for a strip mall.

I'm not really into epic poetry, and it's been a while, but that was an excellent read. I need to finish reading the Purgatory and the Paradise, though.

His dad did say Souter was the biggest mistake he ever made.
